D14I AFIUM DOLEMITE

The word marble comes from Latin marmor which has been borrowed from the Greek word Marmaros for “the shining stone”. In fact, it is no coincidence that the Marmara Island in the Sea of Marmara is home to the oldest known stone mine in the world, located only a couple of hours away from Istanbul.

This selection of Affium dolomite has a uniquely light gray appearance with darker clouds of gray to fit right in when it’s time to shy away from the bright white characteristics of its cousin Bianco.

IT’S AVAILABLE IN ALL COMMON COMMERCIAL SIZES

Custom sizes and water-jet processing are both available for various applications such as steps, mosaics, medallions with patterns, columns and column covers.
